Programme
The inaugural edition of the Bukhara Biennial presents over 70 newly commissioned works across newly restored historic landmarks in the heart of the city. Commissioned by Gayane Umerova and curated by Diana Campbell, the biennial brings together artists, chefs, musicians, architects, and thinkers from Uzbekistan and around the world.
Over ten weeks, the programme will feature site-specific installations, culinary rituals, full moon performances, and spaces for learning and dialogue.
